Mr Frank Wilson is a development practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in governance, peacebuilding and conflict management, gender, advocacy, communication, and networking. He is a trained facilitator on Citizen’s Education for Good Governance; with enhanced skills in citizen-government engagement in Ghana focusing on gender mainstreaming, safety and healthy working environment, citizens’ participation in local and national governance and result driven advocacy, as well as human rights. He has also contributed to building the capacity of corporate bodies, Members of Parliament, District Assemblies, women political aspirants, community networks and coalitions and other civil society and community-based groups. He is the Deputy Director of Conflict Management and Resolution at the National Peace Council in Ghana where he is involved in preventing and resolving conflicts, participating in initiatives related to peace and security, such as combating violent extremism, training politicians, and promoting balanced reporting during elections.
