The foundation’s core values center around empowerment, education, healthcare, and socio-economic development, aiming to foster a brighter and more equitable future for all.

The Foundation

The Henry Djaba Memorial Foundation (HDMF) was established primarily, to work towards the socio-economic transformation of vulnerable women, girls, and PwDs to end poverty and build their capacities as well as advocate for change for vulnerable women, girls, and PwDs and further support their empowerment to build a better life.  Since its establishment in 2018, the HDMF has designed and implemented projects that seek to promote policies and systems that respect and advance the rights of women, girls, and PWDs and advocate for improved access to public goods and services and the general well-being of women and girls.

HDMF is a women-led, humanitarian, feminist, non-profit, non-partisan, non-religious gender-focused, and disability passionate.
